7 months after Motherland, I’m back. Actually, this is my first solo single release since Brrrrrrr back in May 2023. 2 years later after exponential growth.

A bit about Blue Lays - An unruly, energetic song full of bars from start to finish. We don't even get a full 4 count to start. The production perfectly blends bouncy modern hip hop with South Asian influence.

My First Spoken Word Performance

Excited to announce my FIRST EVER spoken word performance, at no other place than the iconic Rose Theatre in Brampton.

I’ve performed at all of the legendary events/venues in Brampton except this one. I think it only makes sense to do this amazing seated theatre room with a spoken word performance. 15 minutes of pure lyricism. Might even write something new specifically for this performance.

Tickets are super cheap for the event, and it gets you access to multiple events in the festival.

I’m also hosting a performance and Q&A event for students earlier in the week which should be a fun experience to give back to the youth.

The final part of a 7 part series. Went through all sorts of beats, all sorts of bars, flows, symbolism, wordplay. In the end, I felt like I had to rap over the songs of the guy who’s currently holding the title. Feel like I did my thing, but y’all be the judge.

Had a lot of fun making these series. Freestyles/remixes have always been a big part of my music career, right from the very beginning.

I Was Featured In A Documentary By CBC

CBC is Canada’s public media company. It’s a huge corporation, and them creating a full documentary about Brampton and Indian people is a huge moment. The negative rhetoric around my city/people has become national news, as these journalists were in Montreal when they heard about it. They came down here for a weekend to speak to all sorts of people and investigate for themselves.

Honored to speak on these issues on a platform like this. If you speak French you’ll understand the full video, otherwise you’ll at least be able to understand the people being interviewed.

My Grandma Made This Jacket

My grandma has been helping me create custom clothing for a decade now. It’s an idea I started back in school, and have now merged with my music career. The designs mix hip hop streetwear with Indian patterns/culture. About a year ago I showed y’all the jeans she helped customize, and now we’ve got custom denim jackets.

A lot of people messaged/commented back saying they want to actually buy these, so I’m literally setting up the page to make that a reality. Stay tuned.
