Brand New Vibe ft. Vikki S & RMS Out Now

The hip pop hit of the summer is out now!

I’m going to explain the thought process behind the singles and album soon, but for now, enjoy this new record.

It features Vikki S & RMS, 2 diaspora artists from New Jersey, USA. Producer cavingada and Ravi Ray also handled production and tracking out in New Jersey, while I recorded my part in Mississauga with Nick & Felix who mix/mastered the song as well.

While the first single Around The World clearly draws from South Asian inspiration, this song connects to the album simply based on our identity, and not necessarily the musicality or lyrics.

My First Viral Reel - Over 300K Plays

May 17 2012. That’s the day I uploaded my first song & music video to YouTube. Been working on my craft, my message, my art ever since.

June 22 2024. I posted another Reel for Not For Me. Probably my 30th one since the some came out 18 months prior.

But, this one was different. It hit 7000 plays and got me 30 follows in 5 hours. In 24 hours I had 80 new followers and over 21000 plays.

A week and half later, the Reel is at 320,000 plays and still growing.

Going viral is useless if it doesn’t get you anything out of it. For me, this was the perfect Reel to go, as it’s my most streamed song of all time, and one of the songs that truly showcases my brand and artistry. It’s already gotten me over 2000 followers.

Everybody says get a job, get a grip, settle down.. that’s Not For Me.

What could be better than this?

Maazar is a fusion party featuring some of Toronto’s (and the world’s) premier DJs. Sets mix Bollywood, Punjabi, Hip Hop, Afrobeats, Amapiano, House, and more, as the crowd dances and vibes all day & night long.

Our last event was packed out, with influencers like Pookie in attendance have a great time.

And of course, ya boy Spitty was the MC keeping the energy high all night.

Our next event is with Desi Trill (signed to Universal Music Group) on Saturday July 6.
This event will be just like Maazar, with some of the same DJs such as Mrii taking the stage.

June 2024 Was Legendary

Life always gets incredibly busy in the summer. Spring was already heating up, here’s a bit of what I was up to in June.

Summer 2022 & 2023 were the best summers of my life. Summer 2024 is already feeling better than both of those. Takeover time.

System Is Still Most My Streamed Song Of The Year

During the last week of my trip to India, I worked with CreatorComm to shoot dozens of videos over 2 full days of shooting. It was a lot of work and very tiring, but also extremely fun and fulfilling. I got to see a lot more of the area than I would’ve alone, and got incredible content out of it.

I still have a lot more videos coming, maybe enough till I go back to India this winter lol.

System continues to do numbers. I have some more heaters coming with the album this summer, so let’s see which song comes out on top at the end of the year.
