My New Song Burnout Is Out Now

“I don’t burnout I do burnouts while I burn one on the road”

This opening line popped into my head randomly one day about 2 years ago. At this point I was almost 1 year into my “1 year to make it” journey, and I hadn’t made it. The year prior to that (2022), I had gotten sick 6 times due to sleep deprivation. I was pushing myself to the absolute limits, burning out. However, even when down physically, mentally I was razor focused on my ultimate goal.

That type of energy manifested into this song. When I went to India in late 2023, I met with ProdByHound in person, and we cooked up a light demo of this at his home studio in Virar.

I had to put this song on the back burner to finish Motherland, and finally got back to it this year. Now, it’s the first day of summer, and the perfect time for y’all to hear this record. Enjoy.
