My 2nd album Motherland is yours this Friday September 27. I’m performing at a festival in Toronto, got my first editorial playlist cover, and have been going nuts with the content. We ran the summer up, now it’s time to lock in for the fall. Read on to see everything that’s going down.

My 2nd Album “Motherland” Is Ready
Spotify users can pre-save through the official countdown here - https://open.spotify.com/prerelease/7EHKAGC73FQvSm6gET6M2t?si=f7023ef53bf242d8
2nd album. 11 songs. Excited to put this out for the world. A real evolution from my first album that dropped 3 years ago.
Motherland is a South Asian inspired, heavily collaborative hip hop album that showcases the mashup of cultures I grew up within. It features artists and producers from around the world, while highlighting my own personal stories and those of the community around me.
I’m Performing At Global Toronto Music Festival
This Sunday September 29 at the El Mocambo in Toronto, 9PM! Performing for Global Toronto Music Festival. This will be my first performance after the album release on Friday, so I’m looking forward to incorporating the new album into my set.
I’m also bringing out guest features, so if you’re from the Toronto area, come through for a great show. Tickets are available here - https://globaltorontomusic.com/el-mocambo/
Staking My Claim As The Best Rapper From The Greater Toronto Area
Part 3 in a 7 part series where I try and take over the world. The remaining 4 parts will come after the album drops. Actually rapping is a dying art it seems, I’m trying to keep it alive.
Shot this in Kensington Market in Toronto on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.
I got some crazy bars on this one, like “Paint a picture for your occipital lobe / Can’t compute what you see ‘cause it’s written in code”. For the real hip hop heads & fans of lyricism!
Not For Me Is Gaining Steam On Amazon Music
The song that never quits. 18 months after release, and Not For Me is going crazy on Amazon Music, with me having almost as many monthly listeners there as on Spotify.
It all started thanks to Hanumankind’s Big Dawgs going crazy. His station on Amazon gained traction, and Not For Me must’ve ended up on there through the algorithm. From there, the song spread through Amazon’s system and is now growing nonstop.

I’m Leaking My Own Verses
The Reel above is a verse for a song called Bollywood Rich, and here is a song called 2 Words. Both are in that South Asian hip hop lane so I figured I’d leak them because I don’t know when the actual artists are going to drop them.
Honestly those are 2 of my favorite verses I’ve written, so I had give the Spitizens that exclusive access.
